We are Horizon. We are New Jersey.
Headquartered in Newark and employing more than 5,000 full-time New Jersey residents, we are proud to be your local New Jersey healthcare insurer since 1932.
Horizon employees live in every one of New Jersey’s 21 counties. Your community is our community. Your doctors are our doctors. Better access to care makes it easier for you to achieve your best health.
From Montclair to Millville and High Point to Cape May, Horizon’s broad and inclusive network reaches across New Jersey so you can find the right doctor for you and your family. When it comes to your health, access to doctors and hospitals you know and trust matters.
