We are Horizon. We are New Jersey.
Since 1932.
WHY HORIZON?
Born in Newark more than 90 years ago, Horizon has provided quality, affordable health plans to residents of New Jersey, partnered with hundreds of community organizations to make New Jersey healthier, and been a trusted partner to our neighbors and their families. Since day one, we’ve worked to ensure that everyone has access to affordable healthcare, no matter who they are or where they live.
At Horizon, members come first. Always. It’s about giving them peace of mind and financial security, knowing they have access to care when they need it most.
